After placing my order, Customer Support contacted me to report that my picture was going to have some lost area, I knew that when I uploaded, and want them to go ahead as best they could. I’ve tried adding to the top of the photo in order to capture my brother’s entire face in the body of the resulting picture, but couldn’t find a way. The rest of the picture is important to me, I asked them to do the best they could to capture as much as possible. That picture is almost 60 years old, so there’s no way to replace it.
I was so excited to see the package had arrived, but then when I opened it up, it was beyond my most optimistic hopes. Thank you for your efforts, and please send my thanks to your technical team. It’s so nice to see that there is a company out there that still goes above and beyond the call of duty.
